Behind the scenes

From the site diary,
not the brochure.

Slab pours, frame days, joinery on the bench. Photos taken by the team, week by week.

The person taking these photos is the same one running your job. Weekly reports, unfiltered.

What owners say
once the trades leave.

Unedited words from owners, architects, and operators MCRAU has handed keys to.

We interviewed four builders before picking MCRAU. The difference was the detail in their tender and the fact the same person quoted, planned, and ran the site. Nothing was ever fuzzy.

Amelia Whitfield Client, Swan Valley home

They took on a heritage renovation everyone else had walked away from and finished on program. The trades held themselves to a standard I have not seen elsewhere in Perth.

Rohan D’Souza Client, Guildford restoration

Cost reports arrived every Friday for the full nine months. We knew where every dollar sat. Handover was a formality, not a fight.

James Prentice Client, Peppermint Grove

They ran our cellar door build around the vintage. Trades outside grape season, quiet inside. Opened on the weekend we agreed.

Nadia Kellerman Operator, Swan Valley cellar door

The site was the tidiest I have walked in fifteen years of design work. That is not a small thing on a difficult block.
